New Employees

Join your scheduled IT Onboarding Session on your start date and a member of IT support will be ready to assist.

Existing Employees

• Send an email to:
  • mission-control@squareup.com
  • cash-it-help@squareup.com (for Cash Employees)
• Submitting a ticket at go/IT.

When asking for help, please include the 6 digit asset number located on the sticker on your laptop.
