Please read this message carefully as it contains important information about your onboarding.

  • On May 3 at approximately 6AM your local time, you will receive login credentials for your Block account.
  • Optional drop-in IT office hours will be available on May 3rd.
    • You will receive an invitation to these office hours at your Tidal.com email address.
  • After onboarding, file a ticket at Go/Tidal-Help from your Block laptop.
  • If you need assistance, visit the #tidal-help channel on Slack.

Delayed Laptops

With the lingering effects of the pandemic, there may be a delay in getting a laptop to you before your start date.

If you have NOT received your Square laptop, we will have a required IT onboarding session via Google Meet to assist you. You will receive an invitation to this session at your Tidal.com email account.

If you have received your Block laptop, DO NOT TURN IT ON until May 3rd (but charging the battery is okay).
