Welcome to Block! We are excited to have you join the team.
Please read this message carefully as it contains important information about your onboarding.
- On May 3 at approximately 6AM your local time, you will receive login credentials for your Block account.
- Optional drop-in IT office hours will be available on May 3rd.
- You will receive an invitation to these office hours at your Tidal.com email address.
- After onboarding, file a ticket at Go/Tidal-Help from your Block laptop.
- If you need assistance, visit the #tidal-help channel on Slack.
Delayed Laptops
With the lingering effects of the pandemic, there may be a delay in getting a laptop to you before your start date.
If you have NOT received your Square laptop, we will have a required IT onboarding session via Google Meet to assist you. You will receive an invitation to this session at your Tidal.com email account.
💻 Laptop in hand?
If you have received your Block laptop, DO NOT TURN IT ON until May 3rd (but charging the battery is okay).
